Introduction

QUIS provides lots of up-to-date information on residential real estate. The QUIS API helps developers to integrate this information into automated workflows and their applications. This API reference provides all the necessary information to use the QUIS API.

The QUIS API is organized around REST. Our API returns JSON-encoded responses and uses standard HTTP response codes, authentication, and verbs.

Every endpoint has a URL of the form BASE_URL/ENDPOINT_SUFFIX. The BASE_URL is https://quis.de/api/v2, and the ENDPOINT_SUFFIX for the offer search endpoint, for example, is: offers/search. The full URL for this endpoint is therefore: https://quis.de/api/v2/offers/search

POST requests should have the following header: Content-Type: application/json.
